The Cotterells have owned the 2,500 acre Garnons Estate in Herefordshire since the late 18th Century and Sir Harry Cotterell is the seventh generation of his family to live in the big house and to manage the estate. If your insurance is with an insurer at Lloyd’s and should you remain dissatisfied with the response that you receive from us, you may if you wish, refer your complaint to Lloyd's. Lloyd’s will investigate the matter and provide a final response. Lloyd's contact details are as follows:
